Device Labels

The Administration Console depicts mobile devices in the form of a color-coded mobile device label.

Locations that display mobile device labels include:

• Devices column of the People list
• Manage Account & Device Access dialog box

The mobile device label colors represent the following access statuses:

• Blue—Allowed
• Red—Suspended
• Green—Active
• Orange—Reset

The mobile device operating system displays on each mobile device label:

• iOS
• Android

The Administration Console Devices column in Account Summary view displays only one or two mobile device labels. For accounts with more than two mobile devices, the Devices column displays "+n" after the last mobile device label, where n is the number of additional mobile devices registered to the account. Selecting the account displays all mobile device labels in Account Detail view.

If ZixOne determines that a mobile device has been jailbroken or rooted, the mobile device label displays a jailbroken/rooted icon. ZixOne does not prevent a mobile device that has been jailbroken or rooted from accessing information with the application unless the mobile device is suspended.
